Information for complainants:

  • A complaint should only be lodged if you are unable to resolve your issue or concern internally

  • You can expect confirmation that we have received your complaint within 3-5 working days.

  • Please note:

    • Standard complaints may take up to 30 working days to finalise

    • Complex complaints may take up to 70 working days to finalise

  • Complainants may be asked to provide additional information to support their complaint

  • If you choose to remain anonymous, your complaint will be taken as 'Constructive Feedback'
